dress update, play-dates, chalkboard wall, and a tooth fairy fail

It's amazing to me how fast the days go by.  I seriously feel like I drop my kids off at school come home to do a few things and before you know it they are coming back home.  I start to wonder why in the world my days at work NEVER went by this fast =).

Dress update: I have been working it =) I just finished a Zumba workout and feel pretty good.  My dress is being shortened right now.  The wedding is exactly 6 days away.  I completed my first 90 day challenge.  I did not reach my 30 lbs goal BUT I did drop 26 lbs and for that I am extremely pleased. It's the first thing I have been able to do and stick to.  Anyone who is scratching their head saying "I really want to try it but will it work for me" TRY IT!!! What do you have to lose? I was that person who said that very same thing.  I have NO REGRETS.   Starting my 2nd 90 challenge and I am not sure what I am going to set as my goal yet.  First things first =) I need to fit in that dress =).

Play-dates: So we have never really been the play-date family.  Only because we have never had time.  Not knowing how long I will be a stay at home mom we have been soaking them all in =).  The girls love playing with their friends.  Having them come over and play here is so fun for them.  Today we get to have our friends Lilly and Lola come over and they couldn't be more stoked about it.  It's the little things in life that bring the most happiness to them and I love that!

Chalkboard Wall: I went back and for on what I was going to do with the loft.  It's sort of their play area so I wanted it to be fun.  Still haven't really decided what I am going to do with the rest of the walls. I painted one wall to see if I would like it and well I LOVE IT!!! It gives the girls a spot to play school, practice writing their spelling words, draw and just be as creative as they want to be.  =) I want the girls to explore and create things and not be afraid to try something.

 


Tooth fairy FAIL:  Ally had to have two teeth pulled from the dentist because she has permanent teeth growing and the baby teeth weren't even a little loose.  Both girls are HUGE believers in the tooth fairy.  She put both teeth in this little tiny box and put it under her pillow.  I went to go to bed and went to her room grabbed the box and never even put one ounce of thought into the fact that she would want to keep the little box she got from the dentist.  She woke up SO excited to find money under her pillow but she was not happy at the fact that the tooth fairy took the whole box. So she made a card for the tooth fairy asking her to safely return the box as soon as possible. =)

So what do most parents do? Return the box and just put it under her pillow right???? NOT ME!!! I decided to help out with "official tooth fairy business" I even created a tooth fair stationary.  =) I typed up a note (because if it was in my handwriting she would have known) I put the little box and the note underneath it. 
 
When I took the picture it cut out the bottom.  It said P.S. Please tell your sister to hurry and pull out that loose tooth she has.  I have been waiting to come and pick it up =). 

 
This morning when she woke up she was SO excited to see that the tooth fairy returned the box and now she has it for future teeth. 

That is my family update for the week.  I spend every morning look for new jobs to apply for. I have not heard back from anyone on interviews.  I tell myself everyday that God has it in control.  He sees our bills and he sees our needs and he will provide for us.  I do my part and just let God do his.  When the time is right he will open the right door.

Job hunting and waiting

I have been searching all over for a job... Job hunting can be such a frustrating process.  You find jobs that you think you would LOVE and apply for them and then you have to WAIT!!! Waiting is NOT one of my strengths.  I am not a patience person in fact I have learned NOT to pray for patience because God has a funny sense of humor and instead of giving you patience he gives you situations to "practice being patient".  I have applied all over the place and now I just have to trust that I have done my part and it's time to let God do his part.  There are a couple REALLY AWESOME positions that I would LOVE to have so I am waiting and seeing what will come my way.

I follow several blogs and one of them is Lil Blue Boo.  Ashley INSPIRES me daily with her posts and today she posted another amazing blog post and at the end was this quote.  I absolutely LOVE IT!! So I thought I would share.

 
So until the right job opens up I am enjoying life, doing things I have always wanted to accomplish, I have opened my boutique shop back up (here), promoting the Visalus 90 day challenge (here) and I am loving being there for my kids. 
 
BY THE WAY.... I am down another pound!!! YES!!! That means I am down a total of 6 lbs in like 2 weeks =) This dress BETTER fit!!! I haven't tried it on yet... Sort of scared! I will have to try it on Sunday since it needs to be shortened.  So we shall see. [fingers crossed]

Thankful for the little things like snow cones

Last night after everyone went to bed I had some quiet time.  I know what you are thinking, I am at home during the day what do I need quiet time at night for.  Well here's the thing =) during the day, yes, I have quiet time but it's different it's spent applying for jobs, cleaning, preforming surgery on stuffed animals - etc. So at night time when everyone is asleep it gives me time to think and just clear my head.  Last night I thought about where I am spiritually. It's funny because people often think because your husband is on that Pastoral staff that it makes you SUPER SPIRITUAL.  HA!!! I wish it was an automatic thing.  I have been raised in church and I know all that God can do.  I just think some times when you are going through things that you "forget" how big the God you serve is.

Last week I stressed, cried and tried to just figure it all out.  I told myself NO MORE!!! I am not going to do that anymore.  The last 4 of 5 weeks I would be practically cry on my way to work because of how mean my boss was and how bad I didn't want to go in and deal with her.  I told someone today it was almost like last night I had a check in my spirit.  Here God is giving me a chance to get away from all of that negativity and I am stressing over it???? I thought about everything that I have faced in life and decided I am going to really just focus on my family... focus on all of the things I have wanted to do and just haven't had time to, apply for those jobs that I would really LOVE to have and I am going to be thankful for every little moment that I have at home to take care of my kids the way I have always wanted to.  I am thankful for all of the little things.

Today after I picked up the girls it was SNOW CONE DAY!!!! The girls have been looking forward to this since last week =) So this morning the girls made sure I remembered when I picked them up that I PROMISED they could have a snow cone =)  We walked over and stood in line and it was as if I was giving them the world =) we started walking towards the house and the girls said I was the BEST mommy ever!! I know its because I gave them a snow cone but just let me soak it all in ok??? =)




I made a whole bunch of soccer accessories some headbands for my niece and just really enjoyed my day doing some things around the house.  All and all today was a great day =)

17 days.... what I have been up to... being a stay at home mom

17 days away from Jenn's wedding... WOW!!! You know that's going to be here before you know it.  I will be trying the dress on again this Thursday after my weigh in.  I am officially down another pound so that's 5lbs in 9 days.

So what have I been up to? Tomorrow will be a week since I was let go at work.. Last week I spent time looking for jobs. stressing and it seemed like someone just came up each day and I just had to get things done. 

This week I promised myself I would do what I have been wanting to do for a while and haven't had the time.... =)  I do have a question for my friends who are stay at home moms.... Why on earth do I feel like I start every day in the kitchen? It's funny because after I got back home from dropping the girls off I walked in the kitchen and thought Didn't I just clean here????

I have always wondered what I would do if I was a stay at home mom.... I would see moms walking the kids to school and then hanging out and "chatting" with the other moms and then going for long walks and working out first thing in the morning.  I use to think hmmmm.. I would totally do that!! lol  For the record I have yet to do that =). 

Today my day flew by and I feel like I didn't even accomplish as much as I wanted.  I was however able to clean the kitchen, apply for a handful of really cool jobs, pack David's suitcase for tomorrow, perform surgery to one of Ally's favorite stuffed animals that Bella decided to chew off the nose, get a few things from the grocery store, put a couch on craigslist, pay some bills, do a few loads of laundry, pick up the girls from school, help with homework, listen to both girls read, and make dinner all before David got home from work. =) I know I did other things just can't think of them at the moment.  I can't believe how fast the days go by.  I drop the girls off and think of ALL the things I want to accomplish and before you know it they are getting out of school..... Oh wait!!! How could I have forgotten =) I went to surprise the girls at lunch.  That of course was the highlight of my day.

I called the school to confirm the time of their lunch and got there a few minutes after Ry's class went in the lunch room.  I walked it and it was as if I had given her the world.  She was so happy to see me.  I walked over to where she was and her friends quickly made room for me to sit =).  It's amazing all the things you learn about other parents, other kids and how bad your heart hurts for those kids whose parents just don't take the time to make lunch for their kid or going one step further they just don't have anything to pack their child.  Really puts things in perspective.  So I sat with Ry for about 20 minutes.  Listen to her talk about her day thus far and of course I heard the phrase "I love you mommy" a gazillion times.  Riley was just about done with her lunch and Ally's class walked in.  I said my goodbyes to Ry and walked towards where Ally was.  She too was super excited to see me =) She wanted to introduce me to everyone... I listened to how her day was going, helped her put her straw in her juice box, and just tried to soak up every minute.  For a lot of moms this is something they could do everyday if they wanted.  For me? Not sure how long I am going to be a stay at home mom so I want to soak every minute I can.

When I was on my way to the school I thought about my blog and how one of the dear ladies at our church asked me last week if I was documenting all that God is doing for me and my family during this time.  The more and more I thought about it the more I felt as though it would be cool to share the many things that God has done and is doing.  So as I am updating you with my 90 day Visalus Challenge and my project fit into that bridal dress challenge. I will be adding my "Life as a wanna be stay at home mom" =)

19 days a little stress and 4 lbs later

So it's been a few days since my last blog... this week has been a bit of a challenge for me.  I was let go at work on Tuesday and it has been a little stressful to say the least.

I have 19 days until the wedding..... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! That will totally be here before you know it! I am happy to report that each day I got my two shakes in and I have been able to work out so which has been nice.  I started Saturday to get back on track with my eating and make sure I was getting my two shakes in and making sure that I was keeping track of the things I ate.  I am SO proud of myself.  I weighed in this morning and I am down 4 pounds!!! With the kind of week I have had I WILL TAKE IT!!!

24 days and down 2 lbs

So I weighed myself yesterday morning and I was pleased to see I lost a lb.  Then this morning I got back on the scale thinking the scale would tell me I was I gained that lb back =) Happy to report I was down again =).   YAY!!! I know weight can fluctuate so I will go back to weigh in on Thursdays.  Just needed to confirm that any and all sacrifices (aka - no soda and adding exercise) were helping with my - project fit into dress!!

This morning I woke up super late so there went my morning work out.  That's ok I kicked some booty when I got home from work (45 minutes of zumba, bike and treadmill).  I feel pretty good.  I actually like how I feel when I am in control of what I am eating.  Why do I left myself lose control? If I am honest with myself, I would have to say it's
  1.  LAZINESS - it's so much easier to just eat whatever and not have to count calories
  2.  For some reason when I get hurt (emotionally) I think it's ok to "allow" myself to have junk.  As if the junk food I am consuming is going to some how take the hurt away. 
So I have decided.......... I REFUSE to be lazy because laziness is NOT going to help me fit in that dress and I am NOT going to let someone dictate what food I eat based on emotion.  So there you have it! I am on track! Stuck with my calories, drank my 2 shakes, and eliminated the junk.  I am DETERMINED!!!

25 days left.... I got this

Several months ago all the girls in my sister in laws wedding went and had our bridesmaid dress fitting.  I have mixed emotions about these kinds of things.  It's an exciting time for all of us girls to get together and see what we look like in these gorgeous dresses BUT we all know bridesmaid dresses for SOME reason seem to run small. So the size you would wear in "normal" clothes tends to be the wrong size.  Since I tend to be pretty stubborn (my husband would be the first to agree) I was NOT going to buy a dress bigger so I didn't! I knew that I was starting my 90 challenge soon and I would be able to rock this thing. 

So the dress has been sitting at my in laws house for a about a month.  I have not really wanted to try it on.  Friday I went to their house and tried it on... Drum roll please........................... it's still too small!!!  I know what you were thinking, I was going to say IT FIT!!! I have to say it fit better than it did when I bought it but we can't get it to zip up without forcing it.  I definitely don't want to do that... So I started to reflect on what I am doing and what I am not doing.  I realized I have spent SO much time trying to "promote" this 90 day challenge that I have not really been keeping up with my own challenge.  I haven't been keeping track of the calories like I should be.  It wasn't that I was really doing anything "wrong" per say it's that I haven't been giving it 100%.  That very moment I made a commitment that I was going to focus more of MY Challenge.  Of course I am still promoting the challenge and I am helping people with theirs but lets get real people.  I HAVE to fit in this dress... HAVE TOO!!! Like I told a lady at our church today it's not like I can say "hmmm maybe I will just wear something else".

So what to expect over the next 25 days? If you are one of my blog readers, you will get the inside scoop of how I am going to not only fit in that dress I am going to ROCK that dress!!! As my dad would say "You are Frank Molina's daughter! You are not a quitter!!! You can do it" =) if I was to talk to him about it I am almost positive that is what he would say =).

The best thing about the next 25 days is that I have an incredible tool that is going to help me with this.  VISALUS!!! I will be replacing two meals a day with my Visalus shakes, I was doing this before but over the last few weeks I have slacked in the dinner department. 

So there you have it friends! I hope to not only lose the inches I need to fit in the dress but to inspire someone to accomplish a goal you have set for yourself.  =)

Yesterday, I wasn't able to post a blog because blogger was being difficult.  I was very proud of my accomplishments.  I worked out for an hour in our home gym (thanks to my in laws) and then last night I did 20 minutes of Zumba dancing.  I did my 2 shakes and I am feeling good.

Day 21 and feeling amazing

So daily blog fail =).  I have NO idea where my days go.  The last time I updated anything was day 11.  I feel like so much has happened in such a short period of time.  I have had 2 successful shake parties, I have signed up 3 promoters, several customers and more to come.  I cannot believe how easy this product has been to promote.  God is opening doors for me that I did not see possible.  Could my DREAM of staying home with my kids actually come true???  I have met some of the most amazing people who not only have a love for this product like I do but they have a love for God and people.  I LOVE the team I am on... we have some of the greatest people who are not only awesome leaders but they work to help you succeed.  Let's put it this way how many of you work for a company where you have the CFO, CEO, Vice President and other "leaders" cell phone number and when you call they answer? It's just exciting to be a part of a team that is in it for the "TEAM". 

Ok.... off my little Visalus Promoter Soap Box =).  On to results and other information.  So I am officially down 13.5 lbs in 21 days!!!! That is INSANE!!! I feel incredible.  My clothes are starting to fit the way I want them to and I feel like I have gained so much confidence.  I can't wait to break my next goal of 15lbs.  I really feel like my 30lbs in 90 days is TOTALLY attainable.  I am beyond convinced that this product works.  I have family and friends that are having huge success with this and it's so exciting. 

I was telling a family member the other day that this is NOT a diet.  Diets are broken all the time.  This is getting to drink a shake that you can custom design to work for you. It's a meal replacement that is really good for you and tastes incredible.

Tonight was my second shake party.  My friend (who is also one of my promoters) and I made a coffee shake that was INCREDIBLE! I am going to have her write up the recipe so I can share it.  Seriously it tasted like a Carmel frap.  We made a Carmel vanilla shake and that was pretty good too. 

So to sum everything up I am doing great! I am seeing the changes I want to see and opportunities that are coming my way show me that God sees the desires of my heart and in his time I will get to stay home with my kids.

Day 11 and PUMPED!!!

I am SO pumped!! My future brother in law signed up today and I am SO excited to have him on my team.  He is a total go getter and I know we are going to ROCK this together.  I spent some time on the phone with some friends tonight talking to them about Visalus. I am excited for them and the opportunities they will have..

I have to say SERIOUSLY have the best team... Between my Pastor's wife (Natalie Wiley), Donna Partow and Freddie Hidalgo I have all the support I need.  I was on the Visalus "motivation" call that we have every Monday night and can I just say you leave those calls feeling SO pumped and excited.  I feel like you are surrounded by hundred plus people who are just as excited as you are.  It's a great feeling.

Day 8, 9 and awesome videos

Day 8 & 9...

It's crazy how fast time has flown... I made it through my first week and I am going on my second.  I can't say it enough how great I feel.  I have so much energy, I have totally kicked desk cravings during the day at work and I feel like I am learning so much about this product.

Did you know that Visalus is GLUTEN FREE and LACTOSE FREE? It totally is.  I have so many friends that struggle finding things that are gluten free.  Here you go =).  This product is safe for kids, nursing mothers, and pregnant ladies =).

Day 7 --- Shake it up party results

Oh my word.... who would have thought having a Shake Party could be so much fun.  Tonight I had my first shake party.  I invited as many people as I could think of... we had a good crowd show up tonight and I am so thankful to everyone that came =). 

I am so excited about this product it's fun to watch people try it for the first time it's almost like they are amazed that it tastes good...

I handed out this information tonight that I found and I find it super interesting.










I am excited to see where this is going to take me.... I had so much fun tonight and I can't wait to do it again... Special thanks to Natalie Wiley the greatest Pastor's wife EVER, to my Pastor for being there and helping with the party, to my hubby who was an incredible babysitter tonight =) and to all who came to my very first of MANY parties =).  Hope you had a great time.

***Here is a tip to all of those Visalus shake promoters... Tonight when I picked up the shake items I picked up a bag of pretzels for the party and that was a great idea, it really gave people the something salty to even out when you are doing sweet shakes The pretzels were a hit =)) just thought I would share that tip. ***

Day 7 = weigh in!!!

This morning was weigh in day.... 
Huge smile on my face because after 7 days of shakes (2 per day), trail walking only 2 of the days and eating within our calorie budget our weigh in for week 1......

  I am down 8.5 lbs
(7 days)

How cool is that????? I am STOKED!!! It really works friends!! I exceeded my first goal of 5lb and I am well on my way to my second goal of 10lbs. 

Tonight is my "Shake it up party" and tomorrow is Friday =)  Today is a GREAT DAY!!!

I will give you an update tonight after the shake party.

Day 5 & 6

Happy 4th of July!!!!

I am not sure how I missed a post yesterday... We are doing great! We went on a trail walk for the second time this week... I told David I really wish we had time everyday to go walking.  Vistancia has some of the coolest little trails to walk on.  For now we walk when we can.

I have to say I have tried SO many different diet programs.  I have watch infomercials at night and have ordered countless diet pills.  I did a weight loss pill back 10+ years ago that ended up having Fen Fen in it and then they shut it down and couldn't make any more...I have tried weight watchers... I have tried the salt that you sprinkle on your food... I have tried slim fast shakes ( the Visalus shakes taste NOTHING like those) I have tried Healthe Trim and nothing really has worked or helped me.  I finally feel like I have found something that works.  I am excited to see my total weight loss tomorrow... I do have to say my clothes are feeling loose which I LOVE and it's SO EASY!!! I tell everyone who has interest in it TRY IT!! What do you have to lose? Day #4 and Visalus Video

Here we are at Day #4.... I can't believe how excited I am about this product.  I think it's because I am seeing results and I have set a new goal for 10lbs in my first week.  I had to reset my goal because in 3 days I have already met my first goal. =) How cool is that????  I feel a difference in my stomach.  I know sounds crazy since it's only been 4 days but I do.

I have my first shake party coming up Thursday and I am going through the recipes trying to figure out which ones to do.  I have received nurmerous emails today asking for more information.  What is Visalus? Does it really work? Do the shakes actually taste good? Yummy shakes!!! YES!!! YES!!! I am telling you for the first time I feel like I have come across something that I can do for a long period of time.  I saw this video online and thought that I would share this with everyone.  I really feel like it sums up questions that people want to know about the product.

Strawberry Shake (which was so yummy if you like strawberry milk)
1 cup of Almond milk [89 calories]
2 scoops of Visalus Shake mix [90 calories]
1 cup of frozen strawberries [52 calories]
6-8 ice cubes  
Total Calories [231]  and it was YUMMY!!! So much so that I had it again tonight for dinner =)

Day #3 and 100 recipes (brace yourself)

Day 3 and feeling GREAT!!!!  I stepped on the scale this morning and I am stoked to see that I am going down. I am waiting to finish off the week to see what my weekly total is. I promise I will post our weight loss on Thursday!!! Let's just say I pretty much need to get a new goal for week one =) =) =)

I have had several people ask where I find shake recipes.... I am going to make it super easy and post all of the ones I have found. I am hoping to make Visalus mix cookies tonight to test them for my party on Thursday if the cookies turn out I will definitely post the recipe.

Today we tried the Butterfinger shake.  I have to say it was SO good.  If you want something a little sweet I say it’s definitely one of the best ones.  For dinner we are going to try the Cherry Cinnamon shake.  It sounds different but I think it’s going to be pretty good. =)

Here are all of the recipes that I have found. Brace yourself… there’s 100 =))
After Glow Smoothie: 4 oz. (1/2 cup) pomegranate juice, 4 oz. (1/2 cup orange juice), 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 cup frozen pineapple & 5 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
All Berry Delight: 8 oz. skim milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape Vishake mix, 1/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup frozen blackberries, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, ¼ cup frozen dark cherries & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Almond Joy: 8 oz. Silk Pure Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1/2 tsp coconut extract, 1 chocolate flavor packet (or 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder) & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Amaretto: 8 oz. Silk Pure Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape Vi-Shake mix, 1 cup frozen dark sweet cherries & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Ambrosia: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, ½ tsp. coconut extract, ¼ cup pear slices, ¼ apple slices, ¼ cup frozen strawberries, ¼ cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 peach flavor packet & 3 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Angel Food Cake: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape Body By Vi Shake mix, ½ tsp. coconut extract, ½ tsp. vanilla extract & 3 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Apple Cider Smoothie: 6 oz. unsweetened apple juice (or cider), 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 orange flavor packet, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Apple Mango Freeze: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 3 Tbsp. unsweetened apple sauce, 1 cup frozen mango chunks & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.

Strawberry Shortcake: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 strawberry flavor packet, ½ tsp. butter flavoring (or butter buds), ½ tsp. vanilla extract & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Summer Slim: 8 oz. water, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, ½ peach or 6 frozen peach slices, 6 fresh or frozen strawberries & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Thai Coconut Chiller: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. coconut extract & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Triple Chocolate Smash: 8 oz. Silk Light Chocolate Soy Milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 chocolate flavor packet (or 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder), 1 Tbsp. fat-free sugar-free chocolate pudding mix & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Tropical Delight: 4 oz. Almond milk, ½ cup reduced calorie orange juice (or 1 Tbsp. orange juice concentrate), 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 cup frozen mango chunks, ½ tsp. coconut extract & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Tropical Dream: 8 oz. Vanilla Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 chocolate flavor packet (or 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder) & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Tropical Teaser: 8 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup sliced mango, ½ cup frozen pineapple & 4 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Turtle Cheesecake: 6 oz. Almond milk, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 tsp. sugar free caramel flavoring, 2 oz. fat-free cream cheese, 3 pecans & 5 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Very Berry: 8 oz. sparkling water, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 10 frozen raspberries, 6 frozen strawberries, & 2 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
Watermelon Slush: 6 oz. water, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 5 large chunks fresh watermelon & 8 ice cubes. Blend ice & water in blender first, then add shake mix & watermelon & blend.
Wild Berry Blast:8 oz. water, 2 scoops Vi-Shape shake mix, 8 frozen raspberries, 4 frozen strawberries, 15 frozen blueberries & 6 ice cubes. Blend well in blender.
HOT DRINKS ~
Creamy Vi-Chai: 8 oz skim milk, 1 scoop Vi-Shape shake mix, 1 TB Chai Mix (any kind). Heat milk on stove, pour into blender with the powder and blend for a few seconds. Pour into coffee mugs. I only used one scoop of Vi-Shape Shake Mix as this is just a nice warm morning drink.
