Day 7 = weigh in!!!

This morning was weigh in day.... 
Huge smile on my face because after 7 days of shakes (2 per day), trail walking only 2 of the days and eating within our calorie budget our weigh in for week 1......

  I am down 8.5 lbs
(7 days)

How cool is that????? I am STOKED!!! It really works friends!! I exceeded my first goal of 5lb and I am well on my way to my second goal of 10lbs. 

Tonight is my "Shake it up party" and tomorrow is Friday =)  Today is a GREAT DAY!!!

I will give you an update tonight after the shake party.
